Notable Providers of VEGETARIAN & Vegan Food in the Las Vegas Valley
Few restaurants in the Vegas Valley are 100% vegetarian or vegan, but many restaurants offer vegetarian and vegan options. You may need to ask for the separate vegan menu. For our list, we require that there be at least 5 clearly marked vegan items on a menu or that the majority of the menu is vegan.
Please note: This list below is not organized alphabetically and this list is not exhaustive.
Also note: Most restaurants use the same oil and cooking surfaces to prepare meat and nonmeat items. If this is an issue for you, ask your server if the chef can prepare your meal separately. Virtually every coffee shop these days has soy or almond or coconut milk. Most Thai, Chinese, Italian, Pho, and Indian restaurants can make accommodations for vegans even if the menu does not specifically say vegan anywhere on it, just ask.
